Wine Dinner @ The Cage

Join us at The Cage in Audubon for an exclusive five-course wine dinner hosted by George Staikos, founder of The Educated Grape and one of the region’s most respected wine educators. Throughout the evening, George will guide us through a thoughtfully curated selection of wines from Bricoleur Vineyards and Acta Wines, two boutique Sonoma producers dedicated to expressive, handcrafted wines that showcase the character of California’s premier wine region. Bricoleur is celebrated for its sustainably farmed vineyards, small-lot winemaking, and philosophy that great wine is meant to be shared around the table.

Each of the five chef-crafted courses has been expertly paired to highlight the unique personality of every wine, creating an immersive culinary journey where every plate and every pour tell a story.
