New Safety Form and Rule Change for 2014

Our new safety form for 2013 has arrived and you may download it here Safety Tech Form or visit Forms under the Activities menu. Also just so you are aware for next year 2014 there will be a rule change.

Driver's Education Rule Change for 2014

Any car with internal engine, electonic modifications, suspension modifications (shocks, springs, control arms) or tires with a UTQG rating of 100 or less (unless OEM) must have harnesses with appropriate seating. Harnesses may be attached to either a harness bar or roll cage.

A Partial list of tires with UTQG rating of 100 or less:

  • Goodrich G Force R1 and R1S
  • Hankook Ventus Z214
  • Hoosier R6, A6, and wets
  • Kumo Ecsta V700, V710, W710, and Victor Racer V700
  • Michelin Sport Cup, Sport Cup ZP, Sport Cup R1S (unless OEM)
  • Pirelli P Zero Corsa
  • Toyo R888 and RA1
  • Yokohama Advan A048
