A. Download and print an application form:

B. Instructions for processing printed PA License Plate Application:

1. Fill out Sections A and D -- include your PCA Membership Number and Region after your signature in section D.

2. Write two checks:

First for $10, payable to RTR-PCA (one time processing fee*)and a

Second check for $20, ($21.50 for duplicate owners cards) payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

3. Send application and checks to:

Important Notes:

1. Leased Cars: If the vehicle is leased, the member needs to include with their application a form MV-1L completed by their leasing company indicating the plate belongs to the leasee (member). This usually only requires a call to the leasing company. Questions? Please contact Tom Zaffarano

2. PennDOT Direct: If you send your application to PennDOT, delivery of your license plate will be delayed. PennDOT will send it to us first to verify your membership.

*This processing fee will be donated to a benefactor as designated be the Riesentöter PCA Executive Committee. For the Year 2005 this will be the Watkins Glen Library Fund.
